Our Beef Braising is usually taken from the chuck, blade and neck of the cow. It is carefully hung for 28 days to produce fabulous lean steaks or cubes for the best stews, daubes and casseroles. The flavour and texture of the meat is unparalleled. The meat can also be minced for lean home made burgers and other recipes.
