Our 28 day aged Brisket is the ultimate slow cooking joint. It can be rolled or left flat to cook. It is more open grained than other joints of meat, allowing it to soak up flavours whether it is being pot roasted, cooked for hours in the oven or on a slow barbecue. It also lends itself to any pulled beef recipes. It is magnificent minced for home-made burgers.
All of our meat comes from traditionally bred animals who have led happy, outdoor lives.
