Our Filet is hung for a minimum of 28 days. Filet is considered the supreme steak, due to its astonishing leanness and buttery tenderness. Your filet can either be cut into steaks from approximately 120g upwards, or left whole in a piece for roasting or the centre of a Beef Wellington.
