French Trimmed Rack of Lamb

The supreme lamb joint.  Fantastically tender meat, with sweet succulent fat.  Ideally cooked rare for the best appreciation of the flavour.   Our Rack of lamb consists of 6-8 chops with the chine bone removed and the long bones trimmed of fat.
